Questions buyers ask
How do you qualify media for a new mill?
We start from your media specification and mill data, propose size and alloy, and run a 60 – 90 day marked-ball trial against your current media. Wear rate, breakage and hardness profile are reported before any supply contract.
What comes with each delivery?
A test certificate per heat with chemistry, surface and core hardness, impact toughness and drop-ball results, plus the bag labels that carry the same heat number.
What is the minimum order and lead time?
Trials from 12 tonnes. Supply programmes run on monthly call-offs; standard sizes ship within four weeks from order, faster from stock.
Can you match our existing specification?
Yes. Customer specifications take precedence over our standard range. We adjust alloy, hardness profile and testing regime to the document you buy against.
How is media delivered to site?
One-tonne bulk bags or 900 kg steel drums by road, on a fixed monthly schedule, to any major mine site in Mongolia within a day.
Do you supply outside Mongolia?
Our focus is Mongolian concentrators. Enquiries from neighbouring markets are welcome and handled case by case.
